patience, understanding, positivity, mentoring and teaching abilities.

We monitor ongoing progress through
supervising tutor meetings and courtesy calls to parents. Why phone calls? Because, with all this technology advancing around us,
sometimes it's nice to just have a chat about how things are going.
The right people in the right roles
We have learnt that having the right people in the right roles is important. Tutors are managed by Supervising Tutors who have real hands on tutoring experience.
Supervising tutors are managed by regional Tutor Managers who are professionals in the education industry.
