Hire Education offers one-on-one extra lessons, conveniently, in the comfort of your own home. We provide tuition across South Africa, including Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town and Durban. Our tutors provide extra lessons to high school, primary school and university learners in all subjects.
The tutoring focuses on your child's existing materials since this is what they will be tested and marked on. Because lessons are one-on-one, tutors are not restricted to one point on the syllabus. The tutors are more flexible and can go over past (filling in gaps), present (keeping up to date) or future work (jumping ahead or preparing for upcoming tests).
Our tutors form a mentor relationship with your child and take a holistic approach to improve understanding, motivate, improve study skills, increase organisational skills and shift your child towards a positive attitude. What do we want for your child? It's simple... we want to help them to reach their potential.
We provide 2 different services:
Prep Tuition [ for primary school learners ]
Our Prep Tutors are able to help across the board with multiple subjects, but can focus on certain subjects if necessary.
Subject Tuition [ for high school/university learners ]
Our Subject Tutors help with specific subjects. (i.e. we have Mathematics Tutors, Science Tutors, Afrikaans Tutors, Accounting Tutors, English Tutors, etc). We offer most high school and university subjects. You can find a full list of subjects we offer here .

Primary School Learner: One intro pack per learner
High School/ University Learner: One intro pack per learner per subject
Step 2 : Standard Package
Continue with regular lessons by topping up with
one of our standard packages
Group Package
Up to 3 learners for the same grade/subject can be accommodated at discounted rates
Career Assessments
