They are character screened, strictly assessed and carefully trained. Importantly, they are assessed on their ability to teach, not just their ability to understand the subject itself.
We tutor our tutors. After a strict application process and small group interview, we hold interactive tutor training workshops. This ensures that our tutors are all of the
same quality - exceptional.
Talk is cheap and the proof is in the pudding! We even take some of our own advice and consolidate our tutors' understanding of their role as a tutor, with a tutoring test.
