Occasionally it could be because of a clash of personalities between learner and teacher. How do our tutoring services go about tutoring a particular learner? The first three sessions are known as assessment lessons, and this is when the tutor gets to know the learner, and his or her ability and aptitude in the subject. Then it's time for feedback – we'll give you a complete feedback on how the assessment sessions have gone, make our recommendations and answer any questions you may have. Every month we hold meetings with our tutors to obtain progress reports, and one of our tutoring services is to give you courtesy calls to exchange feedback on the lessons.
