Private Tutoring Services
Hire Education offers you a great individualised service – one on one tuition for your child in the comfort of your own home. This means we come to you! We offer two private tutoring services:
- Prep tuition for primary school learners. Across the board tuition with multiple subjects, but with focus on a specific problem area if and when necessary.
- Subject tuition for high school learners. Tutors in specific subjects at high school level. We cover most high school subjects.
All of our private tutoring services are set up in the same way. We start off with a three lesson introductory package. This enables us to assess the problem being experienced by your child. During these three lessons we assess his or her ability and aptitude in a particular subject/grade. Once the three lessons are complete this enables us to come back to you with full feedback and our suggestions about how future lessons should progress.
The great thing about private tutoring services is that all of the lessons are one on one. In the classroom a teacher has a number of restrictions that impair them and their ability to give each and every learner individual attention. These restrictions are imposed by time constraints. They must cover the work that they have prepared for in a particular session, and this rarely gives them time to give any specific attention to individuals who may need it. Private tutoring services enable a tutor to give all of his or her time to an individual learner – this is not only good for the learner because of the one on one nature of the session, but it also boosts the learner’s confidence and self esteem.
