Maths Lessons
The subject that we are called upon to help out with more than any other is maths, where extra lessons can be extremely valuable. For some reason the brain sometimes displays its inability to cope with reasoning concerned with numbers or arithmetic, and this is particularly so with mental arithmetic. Math is a subject that if you do not understand the concepts, it is near impossible to teach yourself. Once gaps in the understanding become apparent a learner would need extra maths lessons in order to fill in those gaps and maintain understanding in current work.
