The learning field Business, Commerce and Management Studies and Services has be- come a popular stream for learners to follow, especially for those intending to make a career in that route.
Accounting is consequently a popular subject on the B list within that learning field. However Accounting is one of those subjects that works along the principle of building blocks, where each section is linked to another section and is often its foundation.
Because this "linking" goes on all the way through the Accounting syllabus, where a lear- ner is unable to grasp the concepts of a particular section, a snowball effect develops in following sections that are dependent on the first. This frequently affects the learner's accomplishment in the following sections in a critical way. This is one of the reasons why many learners struggle with Accounting. However, all is not lost.
Because our Accounting tutors are thoroughly familiar with the entire syllabus from start to finish, they are able to identify what basic sections the learner is having problems with. They then start at this building block and clarify it and any of the subsequent sections that are not understood.
